Turbochargers & Fuel Systems

Turbo replacement and upgrade work, injectors, lift pumps, high-pressure oil and everything that feeds them.

Turbochargers

Failed turbos rarely fail quietly. We diagnose the cause first — because a compressor wheel does not shatter on its own — then fit a replacement or a non-VGT turbo kit depending on what the truck is asked to do.

Injectors and high-pressure oil

Injectors, injector cups, standpipes and Thumper high-pressure oil pumps. On 6.0 Power Strokes the standpipes and dummy plugs get done as a matter of course when the job is open.

Lift pumps and filtration

AirDog 5G lift pumps, regulated return systems and CAT fuel filter conversions. Clean, steady fuel supply is the cheapest insurance a common-rail engine can get.
